Standard Shipping method
All orders are shipped UPS Ground. Orders received before 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm will ship the following day as your specific Web ID and Phone Number must be placed on your sign. We will however try our very best to get your order out the same day as long as we receive the order during normal business hours.

You can expect your Sellers Kit to arrive at your door in 4-7 business days depending on your geographical location. Your order will ship from us in 48 hours or less. Once it leaves we can make no guaranty as to when it will arrive as it becomes the responsibility of the shipper at this point. We will however email you with a tracking code so you may check your packages progress.

Do You offer Overnight Shipping?

If I receive my Starter Kit damaged, what should I do?
Call 1-877-464-3726 as soon as possible. Damage credit will be given only within the first 48 hours after receipt of goods. So, if you receive your package at 11:00 am on Wednesday, you have until 11:00 am Friday to call for claim. Replacement items will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of notice.

Local Orders
If you live within Volusia or Flagler counties we will hand-deliver your signs to you at no charge for shipping. Signs will be delivered the following business day.
