Why do I have to register?

You do not have to register to view any of the properties on Purchase Me From Owner.com. You do have to create a login to do the following:

• Contact an Owner
• Utilize the Appointment Setter function
• Set new listing alerts
• Save/view favorites
• View/print property flyer

Otherwise no other areas of the site are locked out. You may utilize any of the resources without registering.

How do I contact an Owner?

Once you have registered, the sellers advertisement page has a link for their phone number or email. You must agree to the terms before contacting any owners. We ask that only potential buyers genuinely interested in the sellers home or property initiate any contact.

Will you contact me when a new listing is added that meets my criteria?

Yes, simply choose Edit Preferences from the Buyers Menu. From there you may select alerts by email or cell phone. Choose the options of what you are looking for and as soon as a property lists meeting your criteria, you will be notified.
